TS EAMCET 2020 (Engineering and Medicine Common Entrance Test) is a common entrance exam for students to join various engineering and medical colleges.

- Minimum age limit is 16 years and no upper limit
- The candidates should have passed 10+2 (MPC or BiPC or relevant)
How EAMCET Marks and Rank will be decided?
The intermediate marks are considered as follows: 25% of your MPC or BiPC subjects intermediate marks (Ist Year + IInd Year = 600 max i.e. 25% ) will be added to your EAMCET weightage.
75% = 160 Marks (total) of your EAMCET score will be considered for ranking.
The rank will be decided based on your percentage.
Qualification: 25% of EAMCET is percentage needed to qualify for the exam.
Calculation of your percentage:
Suppose you score 456 in your core subjects out of 600 i.e. 480 x (25/600) = 20 and you score 100 in EAMCET i.e. 46% so your total percentage will be 46% + 20% = 66%.

Questions paper consists of total 160 MCQs each MCQ has 1 mark and no negative marks.

Marks for Agriculture / Medicine:
The core subject has more marks than the other subjects. For example Mathematics holds more weightage in MPC stream subjects.
The exam paper pattern is multiple choice through CBT (Computer Based Test).
Procedure of CBT (Computer Based Test).
First, you your picture will be taken by the examination center officials through webcam, your hall ticket will be verified.
You should maintain government issued photo id like Aadhaar card for entrance into the examination hall.
You will be allotted a computer, you’ll be given a number and you should sit in-front of that numbered computer.
You will also be given a username and password to login and write the exam. The instructions will be given to the candidates for the same.
TS EAMCET 2020 Counselling
The date for Counselling will be given to you by the official media.
The selection process of web options for colleges and streams should be chosen by you on the official website.
You should first apply and register for the counselling of the examination.
Your documents will be verified on the selected date and selected time along with the verification center you’ve chose
